Well howdy all! it has been an INSANELY long time since I had a chance to breathe, let alone post on here. Thank you to all of you who contributed to such a busy and wonderful year last year.  I'm so looking forward to the next one as I move in to my 17th year in business.  That seems like such a long time and yet it has flown by. So I'm going to try and catch up on some long overdue posts of some wonderful images I captured over the last few months.

Starting with Nicole!  We had such a lovely day creating headshots for her to launch her career. As a bonus, I got some lovely puppy time with her brand new puppy! Here are her new headshots, as well as some fun shots that we picked out as well. Enjoy!

Cheryl and I played with some new headshots for her, and as always, she is just such a pro!  I love how her new shots came out and hope they help bring a ton of new energy and direction to the roles she gets! Annie Pattison

  The beautiful and extremely talented Annie Pattison came to Chipperfield Photography for her new, braces-free headshots.  What a fun afternoon.  She is a dream to shoot - so photogenic and gorgeous.  And when her parents brought us back Dairy Queen, the day was a full fledged success!  We got so many beautiful shots, but here are the final selections.  I so look forward to seeing her perform at games and around town, and to following her burgeoning career.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin a couple of weeks ago.  What a fun shoot! And I was completely honoured that Kevin choose Chipperfield Photography for his new shots.  Kevin has had quite an illustrious career and it is always such a great feeling to be chosen for such an important part of the marketing side of an actors career. Ben

Ben is yet another of the amazingly talented actors to come to me from Company of Rogues. I love working with their students - there is a level of drive and professionalism that makes them a pleasure to work with.  And Ben was no exception! He was so consistent and took direction very well.  No doubt a sign of a successful actor in the making.  Here are the shots we went with!

Madi

There is nothing quite so lovely as the energy of a young person who is doing something they love.  Madi has a sparkle in her that is going to take her a long way in her pursuit of acting.  Here are her headshots that we created a couple of weeks ago.  I know that they will help her get more established on the scene!

Sophia

 

I was so enormously flattered to be entrusted with Sophia's headshots. Not only are her parents both incredibly talented actors, directors and creatives in their own right, but let's just say that they MORE than know their way around the industry.  This quickly became one of my FAVE shoots ever.  Sophia is gorgeous, talented and so beautifully direct-able.  I could shoot her all day. The first shot is my personal favourite from the day (and was a serious contender for the final headshots) - I love how the light plays across her face.  But the three that follow are the shots the we chose to represent her in her career.  I love the range she portrays and I know that she is going to knock 'em dead.
