Maury is an incredibly talented gentleman that I met a few months ago. A violinist and teacher, he is also emerging as an actor, so we created shots for him that would work for both areas. When we were working on the shots with his violin, I shyly asked if he would play a song for me. What a gift! I had chills and was temporarily transported by the beauty of his playing. I have never had the gift of music myself, and so I am transfixed when someone owns the music like Maury did. Meeting incredible people like this is just one reason that I love being a photographer. :) Thanks Maury!
